Fun stairs are better than a boring escalator

What this video says is true: fun can change behaviour. There's another message in the video as well: simple can be fun enough to change behaviour. I mean, imagine how awesome they could have made that escalator -- a moving piano. And those railings could have been some other kind of musical instrument... That could have been fun too, but it also would have been too complicated to change behaviour.
Probably annoying too.
